Kevin Hong's legal journey began at DLA Piper, where he honed his skills in maritime disputes and arbitration. His career trajectory led him to Fried Frank, where he expanded his expertise to construction-related arbitration. Today, he is a core member of Norton Rose Fulbright's (NRF) acclaimed international arbitration team, earning numerous international recognitions.

Hong's unique background, combining Hong Kong roots, UK education, and Shanghai work experience, has positioned him as a leading figure in cross-border disputes involving Chinese elements. His focus on developing an international arbitration practice for Chinese clients at NRF has led to significant achievements, including securing two major arbitration mandates in the past year.

Hong's leadership extends beyond his role, fostering collaboration within NRF and mentoring young Chinese associates. He has transformed the traditionally local disputes practice in Hong Kong into a cross-jurisdictional, multi-disciplinary service.

Outside of work, Hong is committed to elevating the legal sector. He mentors aspiring law students, contributes to law scholarships, and shares his expertise at arbitration training courses in Mainland China.
