In the past year, Cheng has led successful legal efforts in the establishment of the Yantai Yulong Petrochemical Project, managed assets in the aviation segment, and overseen overseas legal affairs at Nanshan America AAT, LLC. His strategic decision-making has resulted in significant revenue generation, successful project implementation, and effective risk management.
