Francis Chan has been a driving force in the legal community, specializing in employment law. His legal journey commenced at United Legal Alliance LLC as a litigator, where he stood out by triumphing in three civil trials within his first 18 months. Upon joining Rajah & Tann, he further refined his skills in commercial litigation, working on intricate employment matters for multinational corporations and financial institutions.

In 2021, Francis founded Titanium Law Chambers LLC (TLC). Remarkably, he built a portfolio of over 100 unique clients within two years, handling cases for companies with market caps in the billions. Under his leadership, TLC made it to The Straits Times' list of best law firms of 2023, an unprecedented achievement for a two-year-old firm.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Francis is also a visionary leader. As TLC's HR Director, he not only manages human resources but also emphasizes corporate social responsibility. His accomplishments earned him a fellowship in the 2022 Company of Good Fellowship. His collaborative approach recently culminated in a merger with Veritas Law Corporation, further expanding TLC's scope and reach.

Francis is a respected educator, an adjunct professor at both the Yong Pung How School of Law and the SR Nathan School of Human Development, creating and teaching an employment law course.
