Amiel Lee

City University of Hong Kong

I am Lee Lok Lam Amiel. I am a penultimate year’s Bachelor of Laws (LLB) student at the City University of Hong Kong.

I am a positive and enthusiastic person who loves to organize different extra-curricular activities.  This year, I am appointed as the Vice-chairman of the Hong Kong Chapter of the International Youth Legal Exchange Federation (“IYLEF”) where I am involved in organizing the “Mainland China Legal Internship Programme for the Hong Kong Youths 2018”, a signature annual event organised by IYLEF. I am also an academic officer of the Asian Law Students' Association Hong Kong (CityU Local Chapter). I have solid experience in organizing both local and overseas activities for fellow law students. My communication skills are also enhanced through coordinating all these activities and projects.

I care about the community. I render social services with Synergy Community Service Centre on a regular basis. I am awarded with Gold Award for Volunteer Service by the Social Welfare Department for consecutive 5 years. I believe it is important for law students to actively participate in diverse volunteer services so that we get in touch with what is happening in our community.

It is my honour to be one of the student ambassadors of Lexis Nexis Student Ambassador Programme 2018-2019.   Solid research skills on legal databases not only assist us in our studies but also equip us for our career in the legal field.
