It is Charles’s mission to build a legal practice where high-quality legal services can be provided cost-effectively and profitably. Seeing the limited supply of TMT lawyers who have a strong commercial awareness, Charles joined ELLALAN in 2019 and built the firm’s Corporate and Commercial practice to serve clients and startups.  Over the past three years, the Corporate, Commercial and TMT Practice has become a core practice of ELLALAN. ELLALAN has also been recognised as one of the leading firms in the China Business Law Award 2022 for the Fintech & Blockchain, Internet & E-Commerce and Pro Bono categories.

Charles obtained an Executive MBA from Kellogg-HKUST (ranked first globally) and proactively applies his learnings in his daily work.

Charles takes an active interest in the professional and personal growth of his colleagues. He keeps an open-door policy so that his colleagues can discuss any questions they have. In addition, Charles is a regular speaker at public events. He has received invitations from the Law Society, HKCSS, Association of Corporate Counsel, HKTDC and LawAsia.

杜軒榮（Charles To）的使命是建立一個能夠以具有成本效益和盈利的方式提供高質量法律服務的法律實踐框架。鑑於擁有強大商業意識的TMT律師數量有限，Charles於2019年加入ELLALAN，建立了該公司的公司和商業業務，為客戶和初創企業提供服務。在過去的三年中，企業、商業和 TMT 業務已成為 ELLALAN 的核心業務。 ELLALAN 還被公認為 2022 年中國商法獎的金融科技和區塊鏈、互聯網和電子商務以及公益性類別的領先律所之一。

Charles獲得了Kellogg-HKUST 的 EMBA 學位（全球排名第一），並積極地將所學應用於日常工作。

Charles 對同事的專業和個人成長非常感興趣。他保持開放政策，以便他的同事可以討論他們的任何問題。此外，他經常在公共活動中發表演講。他曾收到律師會、香港社會服務聯會、企業法律顧問協會、香港貿發局和亞洲律師協會的邀請。
