    Gordon is a Partner of Stevenson, Wong & Co. He was admitted to practise as a solicitor in Australia in 2012 and in Hong Kong in 2013.

    Gordon has experience in handling a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including pre-IPO restructuring and financing, Hong Kong and U.S. IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, loan and financing transactions, corporate governance and general compliance for listed companies as well as private enterprises.

    Kingsley is a Partner of Prism Advisory Limited. He has more than twelve years of professional experience in providing services related to sustainability advisor and auditing, corporate governance advisor and internal controls assessment. He has obtained professional qualifications including Certified Public Accountant, Certified ESG Analyst and Certified Information Systems Auditor. He is also a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants ("HKICPA") Sustainability Committee for the Year 2022 and 2023 and the Young Member Committee in 2023. He was also the member of the ISSB Working Group (2022), Sustainability Advocacy Working Group (2023), Sustainability Advisory Panel (2023) and Sustainability Assurance Advisory Panel (2023) under the Auditing and Assurance Standards Committee of the HKICPA.

    Prior to joining the Company, Kingsley gained his professional experience from big 4 firms (risk advisory and financial audit) and internal audit experience from a multinational corporation listed in Hong Kong, with a market cap of more than HK$200 billion. With his experience from the risk advisory function in one of the big 4 firms and a listed consultancy company, he has led various sustainability advisory and assurance projects for listed companies in HK, including but not limited to:

    • ESG assurance for a multinational railway transportation corporation with HK, China, Australia, Sweden and UK operations as well as a famous local theme park
    • Supply chain and social compliance advisory for a well-known European apparel group
    • Sustainability reporting and advisory services for a blue-chip multinational property development corporation which covers property development and investment, hotel and serviced suite operation, property management, etc.

    Besides sustainability, Kingsley has solid experience in corporate governance-related projects, in the areas of board effectiveness, enterprise risk management, process optimization, whistleblowing investigation and value-for-money internal control assessment. He is also a frequent public speaker and trainer for ESG and governance related seminars and workshops.
