Lewis Silkins
Kenneth is a Senior Consultant specialising in tax, pension, employment and incentive matters in the Lewis Silkin Hong Kong office. He is dual-qualified in Hong Kong (in 1997) and in England and Wales (in 2000), and has over 25 years of experience working in London and Hong Kong advising clients ranging from banks, insurance companies, private equity funds, stockbrokers, multi-nationals, government agencies and NGOs on tax, employment and pensions issues.
His practice covers a broad range of areas including hiring and selection process, discrimination issues, restrictive covenants, grievance procedures, redundancy, termination arrangements for senior executives, outsourcing arrangements, employment and pension issues on merger and acquisition, pension and reward scheme structuring, tax issues relating to pensions, award schemes and mobility and data privacy.
He was named as the world’s top 100 leading tax lawyer by Tax Directors Handbook between 2008 and 2016. He has been frequently recommended for employment work in Chambers and Legal 500.

Lewis Silkins
Gladys is an employment Managing Associate in the Lewis Silkin Hong Kong office and has been practicing in Hong Kong since 2011. She is also an Australian (NSW) qualified lawyer.
Her clients come from a broad range of industries including financial services, technology and communications, media and entertainment, and retail and hospitality. Her work often involves an international element and she supports clients on the full spectrum of the employment lifecycle including recruitment processes, negotiating employment contracts, immigration matters, workplace policies, employee relations, data privacy, team moves and exits, and post-termination restrictive covenants.
She also has extensive experience in leading international employment law projects, partnering closely with colleagues in the Ius Laboris network, to provide strategic advice to clients on complex cross border issues. In addition, she has recently been seconded to one of the largest US-based tech firms working as their Asia Pacific employment counsel.
