Sherman Chan is a consultant of Seyfarth Shaw. Prior to joining Seyfarth Shaw, Sherman was working in a number of international firms. With more than 15 years of experience in the corporate field, Sherman has developed a broad practice, with particular focus on capital markets, public takeovers, mergers & acquisitions, corporate restructuring, and regulatory compliance. Over the years, Sherman has helped the launch of numerous IPOs on the stock exchanges of Hong Kong, London, and the PRC. He has also advised on many sizeable cross-border mergers & acquisitions transactions spanning both domestic Greater China as well as the Asia Pacific region and beyond.
