LexisNexis CPD Course: Emerging Legal Issues for Corporate Counsel

Course Description

“Focusing on what matters” – this is our guiding principle in 2021 as we strive to serve the industry even better.

The pandemic and new international relations have changed the way we live and conduct businesses. In order to thrive under these unprecedented challenges, we identified several themes of new legal issues that corporations are facing today. These issues are particularly critical to banks, conglomerates and multinational corporations. We would also explore the resolutions that corporate counsel could adopt to tackle these issues upfront.

This is what matters today.
