News: In China Metal Recycling (Holdings) Ltd v Chun Chi Wai (No 2), the plaintiff applied to extend the Mareva injunction to include the daughters of the defendant.

Resources: A Mareva injunction can be extended under the Chabra jurisdiction to a third party against whom the plaintiff does not have any existing cause of action, so that it could preserve a third party's assets which are rightfully the defendant's assets.
