  1. The nomination fee payment must be completed and well received by LexisNexis by the final nomination deadline so the nomination can proceed to judgement.

  4. The nomination fee will not be refunded in any situation unless otherwise specified.

  6. The nomination fees must be paid in Singapore Dollars. The nominees need to bear the currency exchange or any other related banking fees incurred.
