Chloe Leung’s meteoric rise to be a Partner of Zhong Lun Law Firm LLP with less than eight years of qualification testifies to her technical experience and her superb client-acquisition and maintenance skills.

Starting in 2010, she gained her LL.B., PCLL and a top-student LL.M. scholarship at Tsinghua University. Further distinctions, designations and industry recognitions followed since then. In 2021, Chloe earned the Trust and Estate Practitioner designation with distinction and became part of the China Development Sub-Committee and Wills and Estate Sub-Committee of The Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners. In 2022, amongst other recognitions, Chloe was recognized as a Legal500 Rising Star and awarded “Wealth Management Rising Star Under 40” by WealthBriefingAsia Greater China Awards.

Chloe regularly advises high-net-worth clients on a spectrum of matters ranging from estate planning, asset protection, tax to philanthropy. She further broadened her experience with a secondment to a major private bank where she assisted in managing the integration of their client base following a merger. The scope and breadth of issues handled by Chloe is challenging so it is telling that Forbes billionaires trust her with sensitive, high-profile and often multi-disciplinary matters.
