Upon graduating from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, he joined Vitus. His strong sense of empathy and compassion soon helped him realise that being face-to-face with clients required more than just the employment of law school logic.

His ability to see the legal world from the client’s point of view enables him to understand their specific goals and needs while building sustainable relationships. He advises clients in difficult family matters offering legal and emotional support with his strong emotional intelligence skills.

Boris is a meticulous lawyer with strong commercial awareness. After building an in-depth knowledge of licensed Hong Kong Ferry operators, he tailor-made Government aided solutions that enabled them to purchase new and greener replacement vessels.

In recognition of his expertise and strong commitment to serve the community, the Hong Kong Government selected him as a candidate under the Member Self recommendation Scheme for Youth, Phase IV in 2021. He is responsible for promoting the family and its core values.

He was further invited to comment on the draft Family Procedures Bill which intends to unify family court procedural rules in Hong Kong.

The Law Society of Hong Kong has awarded him ‘Gold’ for his pro bono work for three consecutive years since 2019. This demonstrates his belief that service to humanity is the best work of life.

鑑於他的專業知識和服務社會的堅定承諾，香港政府在 2021 年第四階段選擇他為青年委員自薦計劃的候選人。他負責推廣家庭及其核心價值觀。他還應邀就旨在統一香港家事法庭程序規則的《家事訴訟法草案》發表評論。

香港律師會自2019年起連續三年授予他金獎，以表彰他的無償工作，這表明他堅信為社會服務是人生中最好的工作。
