Yue Dai is an enterprising attorney who is always looking for breakthroughs in her career. After gaining 6 years of experience in the legal department of a commercial bank, she decided to step out of her comfort zone and successfully became a Ph.D. candidate in economic law. She has also won the Chinese States Scholarship Fund from China Scholarship Council.

After passing the Chinese bar, she made a brave decision to work independently despite the uncertainties posed by the pandemic. Since then, she has handled multiple litigation and arbitration cases from her clients, which include commercial banks and trust companies. The counter-parties include large financial group companies and investment banks, and the total amount of dispute money is over 9 billion RMB.

Meanwhile, Dai also worked as a deputy chief editor and led a group of senior attorneys to write the book "Thematic Interpretation and Practical Guidance for Frontier Legal Issues on Resolution of Commercial Bank Dispute", which was published by Law Press China in 2021. Her publications have greatly improved the professionalism and influence of her law firm. Since Dai joined the Beijing DHH Law Firm two years ago, she was first promoted from a senior lawyer to a joint partner, and then promoted to a senior joint partner. This is a rare achievement among attorneys who have practiced independently for just 2 years.

同時，戴還擔任副主編，帶領一批資深律師撰寫了《商業銀行糾紛解决前沿法律問題專題解讀與實務指導》一書，於2021年由中國法律出版社出版發行。 該書的出版大大提高了她律師事務所的專業性和影響力。 她在兩年前加入北京德和衡律師事務所後，先是從高級律師晉升為聯席合夥人，再晉升為高級聯席合夥人。 這在獨立執業僅2年的律師中是難得的成就。
