His clients also include other construction central enterprises, state-owned enterprises, listed companies, and large and medium-sized enterprises.

In addition, Xin Fan holds a Chartered Builder's Certificate, is an arbitrator for several municipal committees and has been rated as one of the top ten arbitrators by the Taizhou Arbitration Committee, and he is also an ENR/Architecture Times Most Recommended Engineering Law Attorney in 2017.
