With more than 15 years of professional experience in legal practice, Zhang works for Jingtian & Gongcheng, one of the “Red Circle” law firms in China. Zhang was promoted from a lawyer to a partner in 2015, and he obtained the unanimous consent of all managing partners in the firm during the promotion.

As a partner, Zhang specializes in domestic and overseas IPOs, M&As of listed companies, funds, foreign investment and other capital market legal services. For example, Zhang has participated in the IPOs of Haidilao and Joy Spreader. Zhang has also assisted Yusys Technology in completing the targeted capital increase of RMB 1,115 billion. With extensive experience in M&As and PE investments, Zhang’s clients spread across well-known companies such as Byte Dance and CCIG.

Zhang leads a team of 10 young lawyers who are focused on capital markets, investments, and financing. The young team led by Zhang has a thriving and open attitude which has won the unanimous approval of clients. Zhang also serves as the supervisor for the Master of Finance at Zhongnan University of Economics and Law. At the same time, Zhang is an expert member of China Renaissance Securities.

Zhang is recognized as the recommended lawyer in securities and capital markets: Domestic Securities Issuance by LEGALBAND in 2016. He also won the Chinese Top 15 Rising Partner by LEGALBAND in 2020 and was recognized as a Rising Star lawyer by China Business Law Journal in 2021.

作為合夥人，張律師擅長境內外IPO、上市公司並購、基金、外商投資等資本市場法律服務。 例如，張先生參與了海底撈和歡樂傳播者（joy spreader）的IPO。 還協助宇思科技（Yusys Technology）完成了11150億元人民幣的定向增資。 張先生擁有豐富的並購和PE投資經驗，客戶遍及位元組跳動、CCIG等知名企業。

張先生帶領一支由10名年輕律師組成的團隊，專注於資本市場、投資和融資。 張先生帶領的年輕團隊所展現的朝氣蓬勃、開放的態度贏得了客戶的一致認可。 張先生還擔任中南財經政法大學金融碩士研究生導師。 同時，張先生為華興證券專家委員。
