After graduating from East China University of Politic Science and Law in 2009, Mr. Jiang started his career with Orrick, Herrington and Sutcliffe, one of the leading international law firms. Mr. Jiang specialises in advising Chinese companies on corporate matters, including cross-border M&As, offshore capital markets and private financing deals. In 2015, Mr. Jiang joined the Shanghai office of Jingtian & Gongcheng and was promoted to the position of partner in 2017.

Mr. Jiang works with clients from a wide range of industries, including the internet, technology, and manufacturing. During this time, Mr. Jiang has represented issuers and underwriters in numerous initial public offerings (“IPO”) on main offshore stock exchanges, including the IPOs of Xiaomi and Meitu. He is currently working on more than 15 active offshore IPO deals, and several deals have already passed the hearing at the stock exchange lately. In addition, he has also advised and closed more than 20 private financing deals in the past year, including the crossover round financing of Scivita Medical which amounts to around US$70 million.

Mr. Jiang is recognised for his good commercial sense by his clients. He has the ability to navigate through complicated legal paths without losing the big picture. Apart from excelling in the commercial sector, Mr. Jiang’s team has also been hosting an elective course for law school students at Fudan University for the past three years. This course is well received by the students and highly recognised by the university.

蔣先生與來自互聯網、科技和製造業等多個行業的客戶合作。 在此期間，蔣先生曾代表發行人和承銷商負責在主要離岸證券交易所進行的多次首次公開募股（“IPO”），包括小米和美圖的首次公開募股。 他目前正在處理超過15宗活躍的離岸IPO交易，其中幾宗交易已於近期在證券交易所通過聽證會。 此外，在過去的一年，他還為20多宗私募融資交易提供了諮詢和完成，其中包括Scivita Medical約7000萬美元的跨界融資。
