Sharon was promoted to Senior Associate of Mayer Brown in 2021. Since her admission in 2016, she has advised multinational and local PE funds and developers in numerous significant M&A property transactions. Alongside, she’s worked on sizeable conveyancing projects and real estate financing transactions.

These wins fit well in the portfolio of a businesswoman who had worked with the board of directors of a listed conglomerate, during which she was immersed in diverse business practices including residential, hospitality and infrastructural developments. She then completed PCLL with distinction and a subject prize in Property Transactions.

She advised a consortium in an acquisition of investment vehicles which hold KITEC in Kowloon Bay and this is the largest single-block office tower transaction by deal size in Hong Kong last year. Besides, she acted for Kerry Holdings Limited in acquiring companies involving nine warehouses with an aggregate consideration of HK$13.5 billion.

Despite the workload, Sharon is committed to developing the next generation. At work, she arranges practice sessions for paralegals and junior lawyers. She has also assumed leading positions in the Law Society, including chairing Greater China Legal Affairs Young Solicitors' Sub-Committee and OC of Teen Talk. At community level, she serves as a member of All-China Youth Federation, Hong Kong's Election Committee as well as the honorary legal advisor of HKYUA.

To recognise her contribution, she received Gold Award in Pro Bono and Community Work Recognition Programme of the Law Society for consecutively 3 years.

To wind down, Sharon plays guzheng and Muay Thai.

譚雪欣（Sharon Tam）於2021年晉升為孖士打律師行的資深律師。自2016年成為事務律師以來，她於眾多重大房地產收購合併項目中為跨國和本地私募股權基金和開發商提供法律意見及服務。 除此之外，她亦參與及處理具規模的住宅、工商業拆售項目和房地產融資交易。

這些成就很匹配一位曾與一家上市綜合企業的董事會工作的商界女性的背景特點。在這期間，她沉浸於各種商業項目，包括住宅、酒店及旅遊和基礎建設項目發展。 其後，她以優等成績完成PCLL，同時獲得房地產商業交易學科第一名獎項。

在2021年，她就一個財團收購一個投資工具提供法律意見。該投資工具持有九龍灣國際展貿中心，而這是去年香港規模最大的單一辦公室大樓商業交易。同年，她亦代表嘉里控股有限公司收購了涉及九個倉庫的集團公司，涉及金額為135億港元。

面對排山倒海的工作，Sharon仍致力發展青年一代。 在工作上，她不時為團隊的律師助理和年青律師安排實務課程。 她還在香港律師會擔任領袖職位，包括大中華區法律事務青年律師小組附屬委員會主席及「青Teen講場」籌委會主席。 在社區層面，她是中華全國青年聯合會港區委員及香港選舉委員會委員，亦是香港青年協進會的義務法律顧問。

為了表彰她的貢獻，她連續三年獲得香港律師會公益法律服務及社區工作嘉許計劃金獎。

業餘時候，Sharon通過練習古箏和泰拳減壓。
