Hu Qi is deeply involved in the field of capital markets, including IPOs, M&As, refinancing of listed companies, etc. Currently, she is a member of the Bond Review Expert Committee of the Shanghai Stock Exchange and a member of the 11th Securities Business Committee of the Shanghai Lawyers Association. Hu has been actively engaged in the firm's securities legal business for many years, and she has provided practical and reliable advice for multiple core projects. Hu is also active in the construction and management of the firm. Since 2006, she has risen through the ranks from a paralegal to a partner in Grandway Law Offices.

In the field of domestic and foreign IPOs, Hu worked as the project leader and/or the signing lawyer in various projects, including the Beijing Deep Glint project. Here, she provided legal services for the rectification of the company’s red-chip structure. Deep Glint was listed on the Science and Technology Innovation Board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange in March 2022, and they publicly issued 46,245,205 shares and raised 1.826 billion Yuan.

胡琦（Hu Qi）深耕資本市場領域，包括IPO、併購、上市公司再融資等。目前，她任上海證券交易所債券審核專家委員會委員、第十一屆證券業務委員會委員上海市律師協會會員。胡律師多年來積極從事本所證券法律業務，為多個核心項目提供了切實可靠的建議。她還積極參與公司的建設和管理。自 2006 年以來，她從一名律師助理晉升為 Grandway Law Offices 的合夥人。

在國內外IPO領域，胡曾擔任多個項目的項目負責人和/或簽約律師，包括北京Deep Glint項目。在這裡，她為公司紅籌架構整頓提供法律服務。 Deep Glint於2022年3月在上海證券交易所科創板掛牌上市，公開發行股票46,245,205股，募集資金18.26億元。
