Ran has built up a strong educational background in prestigious law schools in both China and the US. She graduated from the Renmin University of China with an LL.B. degree as well as an LL.M. degree in Civil and Commercial Law. She also studied at the University of Pennsylvania Law School where she received another LL.M. degree with distinction. Ran is a member of the PRC Bar, and she is licensed to practice law in New York.

Before joining Han Kun in 2011, Ran interned at the Supreme People’s Court of PRC and worked as a part-time legal counsel at TerraCycle, Inc. in the US. Over the years, Ran has advised both local and overseas clients in a variety of private equity-related transactions. Clients rely on Ran’s professional legal judgment as well as creativity to explore new deal structures. She is famous for providing novel yet pragmatic solutions.

Ran has been a key member of Han Kun’s private fund legal service team in the last decade. She currently leads a team of 20+ professional private fund lawyers, which is one of the largest in the industry.

Ran has won multiple awards for her professional work, including the 2022 China Business Law Journal China Rising Star as well as the Next Generation Partner in Investment Funds (The Legal 500 Asia Pacific, 2019-2022). Ran has also been invited by the Renmin University of China Law School and the Alumni Association University of Pennsylvania to share her experiences in multiple seminars.

冉律師在中國和美國的著名法學院鑄造了深厚的法律教育背景。她畢業於中國人民大學，擁有民商法學學士學位和法學碩士學位。她還就讀於賓夕法尼亞大學法學院，在那裡她獲得了另一個法學碩士學位。冉女士是中華人民共和國律師協會的成員，她被授權在紐約執業。

在 2011 年加入漢坤律師事務所之前，冉在中國最高人民法院實習，並在美國 TerraCycle, Inc. 擔任兼職法律顧問。多年來，冉律師為本地和海外客戶就各種私募股權相關交易提供法律服務。客戶依靠冉的專業法律判斷和創造力來探索新的交易結構。她以提供新穎而務實的解決方案而聞名。

近十年來，冉一直是漢坤私募基金法律服務團隊的重要成員。她目前領導著一支由 20 多名專業私募基金律師組成的團隊，是業內最大的律師團隊之一。

冉因其專業工作贏得了多個獎項，包括 2022 年《商法》雜誌中國新星，以及投資基金的下一代合夥人（亞太法律 500 強，2019-2022 年）。冉女士還應中國人民大學法學院和賓夕法尼亞大學校友會的邀請，在多個研討會上分享她的經驗。
