Kaitian has been studying and practising labor law for 17 years. He has unique and promising experience in the labor law field in China. He received both labor law and international law training in leading universities in China and the U.S. In particular, he obtained his first Ph.D. degree in social law from the China University of Political Science and Law. He also usually participates in cutting-edge research programs about international labor law.

In addition to regular labor law services, Kaitian advises on international employment and labor issues in the supply chain. Also, he is an expert on mass employee replacement issues. He successfully handled tens of complicated mass employee replacement cases for clients in transactions. The number of impacted employees is from tens to over 30,000.

After years of working at KWM, Kaitian established and led the China employment law practice for the KPMG Global Legal Services network in 2021. He built a very effective practice from inception and achieved and exceeded many of the goals set for him.

Currently, Kaitian is the youngest founding partner at Puran and leads its international business. He assists in strategy designing, business development and service innovation. In half a year, he has already attracted some reputable clients and contributed a leading revenue.

Kaitian was admitted to the talent pool for international services by Beijing Lawyers Association. In 2021, he was recommended by Legal 500. Now, he is a founding member of the Belt and Road Lawyers Association Labor Dispute Committee.

羅凱天(Kaitian)律師學習並從事勞動法執業已有17年,他在中國勞動法領域擁有豐富的獨特經驗。 他曾在中國和美國的頂尖大學接受勞動法和國際法的學術訓練,並且獲得了中國政法大學颁发的第一個社會法博士学位。他經常參加有關國際勞工法的前沿研究專案。

除了常規勞動法律服務外,羅律師還就國際就業和供應鏈中的勞工問題提供法律服務。此外,他還是大規模組織員工架構重組問題的專家。 他曾在多起商業案件中成功地為客戶處理了數十起複雜的大規模員工架構重組案件,觸及不同規模大小,涉及員工人數從數十人到30000多人不等。


現在,羅律師是普然最年輕的創始合夥人,主管普然的國際業務。 他兼任戰略設計、業務發展和服務創新的工作。 在半年的時間裏,他已經吸引到數家知名客戶,並為律所帶來了亮眼的新收入。

羅律師還被北京市律師協會納入國際服務人才庫。 2021,他成爲法律500强推薦律師。現在,他是一帶一路律師協會勞動爭議委員會的創始成員。
