Janice started her career as a lawyer in Malaysia in 2007, specialising in commercial litigation. She came to Hong Kong in 2010 as a foreign lawyer and earned her legal qualification in Hong Kong in 2014. She is a serial entrepreneur in the B2B sector, having founded the corporate service firm JC Corporate (2014) and subsequently her own law firm JC Legal (2018). Her business acumen and successful ventures were recognised on Prestige 40 under 40 in Hong Kong in 2019.

At JC Legal, Janice leads the firm's practice in cross-border commercial law, dispute resolution and regulatory compliance. She has negotiated all the legal documentation for a cross-border land sale in Japan with a subject amount of around HKD 60 million. Janice is also well-connected with legal and corporate professionals in the Greater China region, ASEAN, UK, Europe and US. She advises extensively on cross-border matters, with a particular focus on M&As and commercial litigation. Her clients include government agencies, listed companies and multinational licensed financial corporations.

Janice is the mastermind behind the award-winning and widely popular Startup Steward Programme as well as the Virtual Legal Clinic which empowers entrepreneurs with bespoke legal solutions. She is a frequent speaker at industry events and legal training with government institutions and the chambers of commerce. She holds various community positions such as the Chairperson of the Malaysian Association of Hong Kong, and she is also a Trade & Services Subcommittee member of the Malaysian Chamber of Commerce (Hong Kong and Macau).

在 JC Legal，Janice 領導公司在跨境商法、爭議解決和監管合規方面的業務。她已就日本跨境土地出售的所有法律文件進行談判，標的額約為 6,000 萬港元。 Janice 還與大中華地區、東盟、英國、歐洲和美國的法律和企業專業人士建立了良好的聯繫。她就跨境事務提供廣泛的建議，特別關注併購和商業訴訟。她的客戶包括政府機構、上市公司和跨國持牌金融公司。
