Halsbury’s Laws of Hong Kong is a 27 volume encyclopaedic statement of the Laws of the HKSAR. The text is in narrative form, with footnotes containing the
supporting references to cases and legislation. The set was commenced in 1995. 13 volumes were completed as at January 1999 and approximately 5 new volumes are released each year to complete the set.
The main volumes are supported by a looseleaf service Halsbury’s Laws Current Service, which issues four times a year and supplements the main volumes with the most recent materials.
